BIRTHDAY VIBES (29 MAY 2021)

 Today I will share my birthday vibes with you all. Birthday is something which is the most awaited day in everyone's life. It is the most awaited day and the one which is most special to everyone. So my day started when the clock struck 12:00 AM and suddenly all the family members including my cousins appeared with a birthday cake in front of me. For some time I was absolutely silent because I was in dilemma whether I was seeing a dream or it is reality. Because nowadays lockdown is going on in India and I can't expect that my family member will do something for me like it.

And then after the cake cutting ceremony, everyone goes to sleep, and when the next morning I wake up I was feeling slippery because the whole night there was heavy rainfall and the continuous pouring sound of rain seems like terrifying us. Then I started my morning as usual days, did yoga, then mediation, and listen to one episode of an audiobook(The magic of Powerful thinking). Then again I took nap for some time so that I become a little energetic and then open my Whatsapp where I saw many birthday wishes messages. Really for some time I feel a little emotional by thinking that how grateful I am that I have lots of people who love me and cares for me. And one thing I learnt that never think that people are ignoring you or do not care for you. But when I saw messages from those people who even never send me a message I become very happy. I felt like I am the luckiest person in this whole universe and have tons of happiness for which I can be grateful.

Finally, in this way, I spent my whole day replying to the messages who texted me their wishes. And this way all people made my day more wonderful and special. I also take one commandment on this auspicious day that I will keep adding good values in people's lives and do something for humanity.

Positive Attitude Vs Real Intelligence


 Today I will share some useful content regarding positive attitude Vs real intelligence. It was seen that most of the leaders who have done something great in their life have one common thing. Can you guess what?? Most of you are guessing that it is intelligence but it is not. Most of the people who have achieved extraordinary things in their life have one very important thing i.e a positive attitude of looking at life.

A positive attitude is much more important than intelligence. There are hundreds of example who does not have a very good IQ level but despite that, they achieved extraordinary success in their life. Albert Einstein is one of the best examples of this. He was not very good at studies and many times teachers scold them a lot and got a lot of criticism from their fellow people but they know very well about their strengths. And by using their inner talent which they have invented one of the greatest inventions which makes the life of millions of people very simple and easy i.e Light Bulb. He failed many times but he never give up and every time learns a new way of inventing the bulb. It is their positive attitude that gave them success and now they are the inspiration for many people. In the same way Steve Job co-founder, chief executive, and chairman of Apple. More than that he was a college drop out but his different approach to looking at life makes him extraordinary.

So what we learn from the above instance?? that to become successful or to do something extraordinary in life you don't need to be highly talented but you should have qualities like perseverance, patience, determination, optimistic approach, unshakable mindset, and unbeatable skillset. Now the question arises if positive thinking is so important so how can we develop it?? It is very simple by creating a positive and good environment around yourself. By feeding good content into your mind because our overall attitude depends on the quality of thoughts we have. If you continuously upgrading yourself by reading good and quality books, watching useful videos, working on yourself then surely you will develop the right mindset.

Here are some tips to develop a positive attitude:

1.Prefer positive self-talk.

2. Start your day with positive affirmations

3.Do gratitude meditation i.e writing about all the things you are grateful for in your journal

4.Read good books, they are very useful to develop a good mindset

5.Help others and motivate others to do so.

6.Enjoy your work

BECOME A PART OF NGO AND FEEL THE HAPPINESS BY MAKING SOMEONE SMILE

     Today I will share my experience of NGO. This is one of the best things which is very close to my heart. In my NGO we used to teach underprivileged children by providing them quality education. We not only care about their education but also focus on their overall development. Whenever I spend some time with these lovely kids, I realize that how grateful I am. We have everything, a good home, sufficient food, a good college and school, a good society, and a good environment. 


                        



But when I look over the life of those children it is very struggling. Their parents struggle a lot to even provide two meals a day to their children. They do not have enough resources like shelter, pure water, food, clothes,  good and healthy environment. Although these children are very talented and have a very sharp mind,but just due to the lack of good education and good school, they do not get enough opportunity to showcase their knowledge and talent. But our NGO named Koshish Family has taken the full responsibility of these children. We try to complete all of their basic necessities like stationary, clothes, shoes, medicine, regular body checkup facilities by coordinating with the people who voluntarily wants to help them. 





The main aim and mission of our NGO is to make them good human being which has all the qualities which a proud nation wants from its country people. We wants to make them self independent by deeply focusing on their strength and weaknesses and works on them. We not only make them academically strong, but simultaneously arrange different fun and learning sessions like painting competition, fitness events, games events, dance events e.t.c. With time to time we provide them sufficient knowledge of all the fields which they can pursue in the future.


    



We don't take donation from people to support our children instead we make some handmade things and buy some useful things from wholesale market, setup stall and whatever benefits we get, we invest that money on our children. Now you people are thinking why we does so?? Why we don't take donation if there are lot of people who wants to help?? The logic behind is that if we ourselves rely on donation than what our kids learn from us. They too never hard work by themselves and depend on other's to complete their needs. 




    So this is all description about my NGO. I hope you guys loves it, and definitely get some insights that you too can add good values in someone's life and make some one happy by doing something for them.

HOW TO MAKE THIS PANDEMIC PRODUCTIVE

 I know you all are becoming Bohr in your homes. So today I will discuss how to make the best use of your day and utilize your time productively. I know this is a tough time for everyone and most people are not habitual of staying at home. But don't worry today I will share some tricks after that you will be amazed and make you every day happy and enlightened.

So you can follow the below-given tricks to make your day productive

1. Yoga

Start your day by doing yoga just for 15 minutes in starting and after that you will be amazed after seeing the tons of benefits of doing it. If you don't know how to do it, you can prefer a lot of online content which is available freely on google and on youtube. Don't worry I will share some links below which will help you to practice it daily. Practicing yoga daily not only improves your physical health but also gives you an almost calm and peaceful mind. It will feel you happy and joyful and the stress and tension which we all are facing at our home will reduce up to the great extent. After doing it you will feel a deep connection between you and this whole universe. It provides a sense of satisfaction and makes you more and more productive.

2.Mediation

Meditation is the best way to make your mind completely calm and peaceful. It increases your focus and increases your productivity immensely. It connects you with your inner self. It also increases your self-esteem and you feel a sense of gratefulness after doing it. If you are a beginner then you can start doing it just for 5 minutes and gradually increases time once you become comfortable with it. Do it regularly, at least for one month. And after one month you will see tremendous changes in yourself. 


                                        


3.Writing Journal

Journal writing is the best way to write your whole emotions in one place. It is the best practice to get rid of all the bad emotions you are going through. It includes things like gratitude, intentions, progress, challenges, tasks e.t.c. It is the thing which totally depends on you how you want to write it. Writing gratitude every day in your journal is the way of feeling grateful for everything which you have in your life. The more you have a feeling of gratitude, the more your life will be happy, satisfied, productive, and with good relations with others. You can also write it just before going to bed, as it is said that whatever you have last thought in your mind while just before sleeping is directly connected with how you are going to spend your next day. So write about your whole day challenges, how you overcome them, what happens good to you whole day, your achievement, your rewards, about the good people in your life e.t.c. If you do this thing just before sleeping you will be amazed after seeing its result in your life.

                                                        


   

                                                         

4.READING BOOKS


Do read books. As it is said that books our best friend. And the logic behind it is that whatever thoughts we have in our mind has a direct relation with the type of content we consume the whole day. Reading good and productive books not only makes your life happy but also builds your strong mindset which is very important to get success in your life. After reading every book you are not the same person which you are before. You get a completely different perspective of living a life and you start thinking differently. So just start reading books for 15 minutes in starting then you start your time once it becomes your habit. If you are not habitual of reading books then you can switch to audiobooks which are freely available. After reading books we are getting many years of experience of the author's life, might be you are not so much old, but after reading good books your mind becomes so much mature which makes you stand different from the crowd. And if you really want to achieve something great in your life then start doing it as it is one of the most productive habits of successful people. As it is well said that "Successful people are not different people but they work differently".

5.TO-DO LIST

If you want to positively utilize your day then you should make a to-do list. This is the list which contains all the tasks which you are going to perform the next day. If you make this list one day before then it makes your next day very productive. It prevents your energies from wasting on something wrong tasks which is not very much related with your goals. So make this list and I want to give you a suggestion that tries to include most important priority tasks in your list first, then medium which is important but not very much important and at last you should include those tasks which are least important or no importance at all. This simple thing will help you a lot and give you the right way of doing things.

Meditation

Meditation is one of the important techniques to completely calm and peace your mind. Through meditation, we can increase the strength of our minds and increase productivity rapidly. Meditation is one of the efficient tools which came from ancient India. It is a very efficient way to enhance the functioning of your mind and make your mind stress, anxiety, and tension-free.




There are different ways of doing meditation. You should not be master in it before practicing it. Start doing meditation just for 20 minutes and further extend the time according to your will. As we have heard the phrase that to get a sound body, a sound mind is needed. It is almost true because if we have a sound mind it increases our decision-making power, learning ability, thinking ability and makes our body energetic and laziness-free.

If you cannot do meditation for 20 minutes, you can start doing it for 5 minutes and even for 1 minute. Slowly you will start enjoying it, and by consistency and persistence slowly it becomes a very important part of your daily routine.

The benefits of meditation are enormous, I have personally experienced it. It had not only helped me in my personal life but also in my academics. It increases my focus up to great extent and I can do 2 to 3 sitting continuously without distracting from my work.
