Today I will explain how we can increase our belief in the work which we do. We have heard many times from many people that if you believe then you can achieve it. So why they say so? There is a very strong reason for this. Because when we believe, then our minds start showing us many different paths that help us in achieving our goal. Belief is something that is the first step before the achievement of any great victory.

Belief mainly depends on two things first knowledge and second experience. These are the most important pillar to develop a strong belief in anything. Now I will describe both of these important pillars in detail.
Knowledge is one of the most important aspects. If we want to learn any skill and want to achieve excellence, we must focus on knowledge. Knowledge should be from the right source because nowadays there are a lot of options and online resources available from where you can gather knowledge but you must aware that the knowledge which you are taking is correct and the person who is delivering it has vast experience and skill. Someone has well said that "The knowledge is the power". We can lose anything property, money, our loved ones, friends, children, and wife, but no one can take knowledge from us. So do not focus on the output or your end goal but focus on acquiring an unbeatable mindset and unshakable skillset. It will help you throughout your life, you will never regret why you have invested your time in gaining knowledge. Keep asking yourself one question, how can I become the best version of myself? What is the thing which I need to know? what is the purpose of my life? If you these questions then you will always feel motivated and keep moving forward towards your aim.

The second pillar of developing high belief is "EXPERIENCE". Experience is something that you will achieve with time. The more you spent your time in the work that you like, the more experience you get. Do not make mistakes by relating experience which you write in your CV and resume. It might be possible that there are two-person one has experience of 6 months and the other has experience of 3 years, and the person with 6 months is more experienced than 3 years experienced person. Why I am saying that? Because experience is nothing but how much time you have invested in the work that you are passionate about. Might be 3 years experienced person together with work has invested his time in other silly things like gossiping, traveling, watching movies, social media e.t.c and was not that much focused on his work. But the other person might be done the same work for less duration of time but was 100% focused, dedicated, disciplined, and aware while doing his work. So invest your time in gaining good experience which helps you in upgrading your skills and turns you into a confident and high self-esteem guy.
