Today I will share some of the most important facts about sleeping. Sleeping is one of the most important things which is common among all living creatures. It not only makes our body completely relax and calm but also increases the efficiency of our mind. The average sleep which every individual must take ranges from 7-8 hours. A person who is deprived of good sleep lack energy, mood swings are very common traits and does not able to be more focused and efficient.

One must make a proper timetable for their sleeping and do not ignore the fact that sleeping is one of the most important tools through which one can increase our mental stability and focus. Researchers have proved that sleeping helps our body to remove harmful toxins from our body and free our mind from different kinds of problems. It was researched that that one should sleep at 9 or 10'o clock during the night because after that our body secretes one of the most important hormones which is called Melotonine which is responsible for sound sleep. Nowadays many individuals face the problem of insomnia (inability to sleep) because they are busy with their mobile phone and using social media and other applications in their cell phones due to which the time of melatonin secretion finishes and after that they suffer a lot to get a good sleep.
So to get a good and sound sleep we can follow the following steps
1.Do massage your hair with mustard, coconut, or sesame oil for at least 10-15 minutes
2. Massage the sole of the foot with oil
3. Write a journal and mention all the good things which you have accomplished today
4.Make your to-do list so that you get sound sleep and do not waste your energy by thinking about what you have to do the next day.
5.Read some pages of any good books
6.You can even listen to tonight affirmations so that these positive thoughts make your mind completely calm and peaceful
