Know Your Inner Self by practicing Solitude

Today I am here to have a useful discussion on Solitude. Solitude is the state when we completely separate ourselves from external distractions and focus on our inner self. It is a practice that was practiced by the great monks, buddhis people, and people who practice spirituality. If anyone wants to increase their self-esteem and know about themselves more then they should start spending time alone for at least 30 minutes daily.

In starting people feel little boredom, but once they achieve the state of flow, they start enjoying it. It is the best practice for doing brainstorming and finding the solutions to the problems that one is not able to find earlier. To practice solitude, one should choose the time when he/she is in a completely peaceful and calm start and there is very least amount of distractions.

There is positive as well as the negative effect of solitude depending upon how we interpret it. Talking about the positive effects is that person is able to identify the root cause of his problems and finds different ways to solve them. Also, they feel connected with this beautiful universe and with themselves. They deeply analyze themselves and feel a sense of inner happiness, joy, peace, and calmness. The negative impact of solitude is that some people practice it when they feel discouraged from society, from their friends, relatives, and their family members. They feel lonely, so they spend some time in solitude and after that, they start feeling more and more frustrated and feeling of unhappiness.

So one should spend some time in solitude daily. In starting we feel boredom as we are habitual of spending time with our materialistic world but once we become comfortable in it, we start enjoying it.
